Austria
is a small alpine country bursting with scenery, culture, and
architecture. Austria has a long history of empires and music,
and you can see this history embodied in concrete form in the proud
traditions and grandiose buildings of its large cities.
Austrian mountain towns have much to offer travelers as well.
The mountains provide year-round adventure, from skiing and
snowboarding in the winter, to hiking and paragliding in the summer.
The Austrian people have a well-earned reputation for their
hospitality and are generally less serious than their German
neighbors. Austrian people simply like to have fun.
