          | Belgium
surprises visitors. Tourists are surprised that a country so
small can pack so much in -- two languages, a fantastic capital
city, a perfectly preserved medieval center, and did I mention the
			chocolates and the waffles?
Belgium is a fantastic country filled with friendly people, history,
and wonderful towns. The food is delicious too (and not just
			the aforementioned sweet treats).

          | So you've heard about Belgian

          | BELGIAN
BEER More than just Blue Moon type beers -- Belgium
beers are a force all to their own.
You've probably heard of Hoegaarden and Lefe, but Belgian beer is so
much more! Trappist monks, all sorts of flavors, and glasses
to go with each beer make drinking a delight.
 | MOULES A true Belgian specialty is the Belgian pot of
mussels (moules). The Belgians take a 2qt. pot, fill it with
mussels, and steam them in delicious sauces such as white wine or
provenal, and serve them steaming with a side of fries. This
goes great with one of the many delicous Belgian beers.
