OHA Calculator

OHA rates are compiled by country and are updated based on new cost data and currency fluctuations.  The following information applies to all OHA tables:

  • If only an island or country is listed, all territory within the boundaries of the island or country is included, including all offshore islands in the same general vicinity.

  • For each island or country, only offshore dependencies or possessions specifically listed for that country are included.

  • For a political subdivision smaller than a country, in other words, a state, province, department, city, or village, include the corporate limits of that political subdivision or the limits of the territory within its normal political subdivision boundary if not incorporated.  If in doubt, use the "Other" rate.
